Contest and Giveaway Rules

Must be a Canadian citizen and resident of Vancouver Island.

By participating in a Nanaimo North Town Centre “contest” or “giveaway” you are consenting to have your name published on platforms owned by Nanaimo North Town Centre, such as but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, the website, the e-newsletter.

Selected winners may be required to answer a skill-testing question.

Any and all winners are required to acknowledge and accept their win within 30 days of initial attempted contact. If the original winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, a secondary prize winner will be drawn. Nanaimo North Town Centre will do its best to contact the original winner(s) by all means provided during the “contest” or “giveaway”. Prizes must be claimed or picked up within 30 days to avoid forfeiture.
