The Santa Experience is back at Nanaimo North Town Centre with a brand new set this year! Visit Santa in his cozy holiday cabin and have your memories professionally captured by Concept Photography.

Appointments are back this year. Guarantee your visit with Santa without having to wait in line. Walk ins will be accepted pending availability.

Walk ins ONLY on November 22nd-24th and December 24th.

Important Dates

• There is NO Santa on Wednesdays as he will be back at the North Pole on Wednesdays preparing for Christmas!
• November 22nd (Holiday Kick Off event, 12pm-4pm), November 23rd (11am-1pm/2pm-5pm), and Free Photo Day (November 24th,12pm-2pm/3pm-6pm) are walk-in only.
• Pets are welcome for Santa photos on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting November 25th and ending December 23rd
• November 24th (12pm-2pm/3pm-6pm) is Free Photo day! Each family will receive a free 5×7 print (one per family). Visits are by walk in only on Free Photo day.

• Monday – Saturday (Excluding Wednesdays) : 12PM – 2PM , 3PM – 6PM
• Sundays: 11AM – 1PM , 2PM – 5PM

December 8th – December 23rd

• Monday – Saturday (Excluding Wednesdays) : 12PM – 3PM , 4PM – 7PM
• Sundays: 11AM – 1PM , 2PM – 5PM

December 24th | Christmas Eve
