The Santa Experience is back at Nanaimo North Town Centre! Celebrate the holiday season with professional family portraits by Concept Photography.
Appointments are back this year in addition to walk-ins. Guarantee your visit with Santa without having to wait in line. Bookings are available for dates up to four weeks in advance.
Important Dates
- There is NO Santa on Wednesdays as he will be back at the North Pole on Wednesdays preparing for Christmas!
- November 16th (Holiday Kick Off event), November 17th (Free Children’s Art Event by Creative Escape), and both Free Photo Days are walk-in only.
- Pets are welcome for Santa photos on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- November 18th & 25th are Free Santa Photo days! Each family will receive a free 5×7 print (one per family). Visits are by walk-in only on Free Photo days.

- November 16th (Holiday Kick Off): 12pm-4pm
- Monday – Saturday (Excluding Wednesdays) : 12PM – 2PM , 3PM – 6PM
- Sundays: 11AM – 1PM , 2PM – 5PM
December 9th – December 23rd
- Monday – Saturday (Excluding Wednesdays) : 12PM – 3PM , 4PM – 7PM
- Sundays: 11AM – 1PM , 2PM – 5PM
December 24th | Christmas Eve
- 11 AM – 2PM
