Hosted by Nanaimo Arts Council, this year's theme is "Splendours of the Salish Sea".
Find them located near Lowe's Monday-Saturday from 10am-4pm and Sundays from 11am-4pm. Submissions for this year's event are closed, but you can still view the artists painting their banners until April 20th.
